SPEAKING AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS - SPRING/SUMMER 2024
STAND YOUR GROUND
A session designed to illuminate the microaggressions and racist statements faced by Asian professionals - and to help those individuals prepare and practice their responses to such statements and actions. Open to allies as well!

Minimum duration: One hour, though ideally should be 90 minutes.

DIMENSIONS OF DIFFERENCE
To be inclusive, you must be aware of the dimensions of difference. It is not just limited to race/ethnicity and gender. How much do you know about neurodiversity, the various generations in the workplace, sexual orientation, and physical disability, to name a few? In this session, which can be delivered in 1-3 sessions depending on capacity, we will educate attendees on the proper vocabulary and concepts to recognize differences and better understand them.
